Nordic Walking

It is one of the youngest activities recently incorporated from Finland. It involves walking aided by specific poles, generating momentum. The canes help us to advance more easily by consuming a greater number of calories, at the same time we tone the upper body. If you like walking, you have to try it.

Structured session:

1 hour of theory
1.5 hours of 10-step exercises
3 hour walk

It includes:Course led by INWA monitors. and FEMECV
You can bring your poles to rent with your reservation.

You must bring:Comfortable clothes with long pants and trekking shoes, sun protection, water to hydrate and some food.
